I first thought it was my tablet not connecting but soon realized it was all devices. I tried connecting to my Hotspot via USB and got the same results, showed connected but no Internet, just like the OP..

Have worked fine for a long time, but today, the Laptop is not connecting. HotSpot is on, I go to Control Panel and look at Network Connection and my HotSpot is listed as running. May 21, 2019 · I assume you want to watch the Roku using your phone. For that, download the Roku App. BTW, it is cheaper if you connect your phone to the internet. If you are trying to hook up a TV via your phone, that’s expensive.

Mine is Safari->iCloud, set to on, now open the Safari settings, locate the 'request desktop website' ,click to open turn on 'All Websites'
