Oct 26, 2016 · This has been resolved for me. Forwarding the bounce email to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net as instructed finally came through. The reply says 24-48 hours and it took a bit more than a week but it is working now so i can't complain and my bosses can email again and are happy. Hope it sticks.

My experience has been that it is often organisations who are using services such as mimecast and other American email security services that are at the root of the problem.
