Is there a special page where I can list down people who've vandalized? You're actually not correct in saying that. They are only charging for certain blocklists, not for all blocklists. If, say, you were used to using Peerblock and only using the blocklists that PeerBlock used by default then they (and several others) are still available for free from I-Blocklist. I am looking for an up-to-date, gratis anti-infringment IP list, i.e., a list of IPs of organizations searching for copyright infringement through peer-to-peer networks. https://www.iblocklist.com

In the chart below we show the exact age of the IPs currently listed. Small ages are good. Long ages are not necessarily bad. Normally, longer ages should only be a small part of the list's size.
